Gayle Howard is a long-established résumé writer, career coach, author, trainer, mentor, and career-industry entrepreneur. Her private-practice specialties center on executive career coaching, executive résumé writing, and executive job search — work she has carried out for more than 25 years.

Gayle has specialized in working with senior executives for more than 20 years, applying an experienced eye to the challenge of positioning C-suite and VP-level leaders for their next role. Alongside her client work, she has built extensive experience in public speaking and professional training, delivered nationally and internationally.

Gayle co-founded Top Margin Career Marketing with Louise Kursmark, and together they are recognized as career-industry leaders and authors/publishers with more than 30 career books between their independent and co-authored work. She also launched the Career Thought Leaders Consortium and the Resume Writing Academy — organizations built to train and elevate résumé and career professionals.

Gayle founded Career Thought Leaders in 2008, serving as its Executive Director before selling the consortium in February 2015; she continues in an advisory capacity as Board Member Emeritus.
